Aims and Scope

The journal "Микроэлектроника / Russian Microelectronics" is a peer-reviewed academic journal devoted to contemporary research in the field of microelectronics and nanoelectronics.

Publications in the journal "Микроэлектроника / Russian Microelectronics" cover a wide range of topics in lithography (optical, X-ray, electron, ion), etching and deposition technologies, doping, modeling of technological processes and modern nanotransistors, plasma technologies, dry etching, and many related topics. The journal is intended for specialists at research institutes, higher education institutions, and graduate students.
